HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY CARPET TO DRY?
Depending on the outside humidity and temperature, the process can take anywhere from two to twelve hours for the carpets to completely dry. Every effort is made to extract the moisture from the carpeting and upholstery with the equipment.
WHAT WILL I NEED TO DO TO THE AREAS I WILL HAVE CLEANED? DO YOU MOVE FURNITURE?
Vacuum the carpeted areas that will be cleaned and relocate any fragile or breakable items. The carpet cleaner cannot move big, heavy furniture, like couches and hutches, but will move lighter furniture, like small tables and chairs. Furniture will be returned to the original locations with added protectant foam or plastic tab blocks to protect the furniture legs from moisture.
DO YOU USE ANY HARSH CHEMICALS IN THE CLEANING PROCESS?
No harsh chemicals are used in cleaning or drying of carpeting and upholstery. All cleaning agents are safe for humans and pets.
